The seaweed fried rice is so delicious, the calcium is nutritious, and it is good for children to eat more!


Material:

250 grams of rice, 10 grams of seaweed, 15 grams of dried shrimp, scallops, dried sea oysters, 4 shiitake mushrooms, 100 grams of carrots, 50 grams of celery, 30 grams of onions, 10 grams of ginger, 15 grams of shallots, 4 coriander

Production:

🍚 Clean seaweed and control the water, soak dried shrimps, scallops, and sea oysters for a few minutes, wash off the dust, slice shiitake mushrooms, dice carrots, celery and onions, mince ginger, cut green onions, and cut coriander at will.

🍚 Boil the rice into rice, beaten loosely and set aside.

🍚 When the rice is completely oiled, set aside and stir-fry the seaweed a few times, then stir fry with the rice.  

🍚 Pour the cooked dishes in the previous "process 5" into the rice and stir fry evenly.

🍚 Finally, turn off the heat, mix the coriander or garlic sprouts with the fried laver rice and enjoy.

🍚 If it is a banquet, you can heat the casserole over a low fire, then put the fried rice in the casserole and serve.
