Have you ever tried this green onion burrito?

Today I took a break at home to make scallion rolls. A new method was used. The scallion rolls are not steamed in a basket or fried in a pot. Instead, they are baked into scallion rolls with an electric baking pan. They are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
👉Prepare the main ingredients: 250 grams of all-purpose flour, 140 grams of milk or water, 10 grams of blended oil, 3 grams of yeast, and 5 grams of sugar.
👉Accessories: a little oil, a little chopped green onion, a little salt, a little five-spice powder.

👉Put milk, sugar, yeast, blended oil and flour in the inner bucket of the bread machine, select the kneading program and start kneading.

👉After kneading the dough until smooth, put it in a basin and put it in the oven to ferment for 1 hour to 2 times its size.

👉After taking out the flattening and exhausting, knead it again into a smooth dough and relax it for a while, then roll out a rectangular dough sheet.

👉Spread a layer of blended oil evenly on the dough, sprinkle a little salt, five spice powder and chopped green onion.

👉Fold the two ends of the dough in the middle, then brush a layer of green onion oil and sprinkle some chopped green onions.

👉Fold in half and cut into thin strips like noodles. Be sure to cut evenly.

👉Then take the 6-7 sections of noodles as a set, pinch the opposite direction with both hands and twist it into a Hanamaki shape.

👉After everything is done, cover with plastic wrap and let it stand for about 15 minutes.

👉Preheat the electric baking pan and brush the oil, put the proofed flower rolls in the electric baking pan and start to sear, cover the upper lid, and open the lid every time it is heated for about a minute.

👉After both sides are golden brown, turn off the heat and heat only with the bottom heat. The cake will slightly bulge, and it will be cooked by pressing it with your hand.
