3 whole-grain pasta

The daily plan is in the morning. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It is not only to be full but also to be nutritious. The usual breakfast is some steamed buns, buns, or noodles, and I like to make them myself. Plant small cakes, add grains and nuts to the cakes, which not only enriches the taste but also makes the nutrition more comprehensive. When paired with a cup of soy milk or milk, it is a nutritious and healthy breakfast.

Cornbread

Ingredients: 200 grams of cornmeal, 100 grams of flour, 1 egg, 5 grams of oil, 3 grams of baking powder, 35 grams of sugar, 25 grams of red dates, 15 grams of walnuts, 1 bowl of milk

1. Pour flour, cornmeal, eggs, sugar, baking powder, corn oil, and milk into a basin and stir to form a viscous batter.

2. Prepare a toast mold or deep dish, spread the oiled paper on the inside, pour the batter into it, smear the surface of the batter, and then sprinkle the chopped red dates and walnuts on it, cover it with plastic wrap, and place it for 30 minutes.

3. Bring the water to a boil, put the mold in the pot, and steam over high heat for 25 minutes. Do not open the lid in the middle. After steaming, take it out and let it cool. After removing the mold, cut it into pieces.

Dragon Fruit Bun

Ingredients: 1 dragon fruit, 200 grams of flour, 35 grams of sugar, 3 grams of yeast, 2 grams of baking powder

1. Add a small amount of water and stir the fruit puree, about 120 grams, then add flour, yeast powder, baking powder, sugar to form a flocculent dough, knead it into a dough that does not stick to your hands, cover it with plastic wrap and let it stand for 2 hours.

2. Ferment the dough to twice its size, knead it a few times to exhaust air, knead it into long strips and cut into the raw dough of the same size. Put the dough on the steaming rack and leave it to ferment for a second time for 30 minutes.

3. Boil water in the pot, put in the raw steamed bread noodles, cover the pot, and steam for 25 minutes.

Purple Sweet Potato Balls with Glutinous Rice

Ingredients: 1 bowl of glutinous rice, 500 grams of purple sweet potato, an appropriate amount of white sugar, an appropriate amount of black wolfberry, 2 spoons of milk

1. Soak the glutinous rice 3 hours in advance, and drain the water for later use. The purple sweet potato is peeled and sliced, steamed in a steamer, the steamed purple sweet potato is pressed into purple sweet potato mash, and the sugar and milk are added while it is hot and mixed well.

2. Knead the mashed purple potato into a ball, roll a few times on top of the glutinous rice, and wrap the glutinous rice. Put it all on a plate when you are done.

3. Put the purple sweet potato glutinous rice ball into the steamer, and steam it over high heat for 25 minutes.
