Take an appropriate amount of bread crumbs. The bread crumbs I use here are yellow, and there are also white bread crumbs on the market. I suggest that you use yellow bread crumbs. The crispy tofu made by doing this is more beautiful in color, especially for children.

Heat the oil pan and add an appropriate amount of oil.

Tofu strips are first put into the prepared batter and dipped evenly.

Put it in the bread crumbs and dip it evenly.

Put it in a frying pan and fry it.

Fry until all the tofu strips are golden brown before being out of the pot. It is recommended that you put it on the absorbent paper to absorb the excess oil before eating.
